For colour, lightening and any chemical services — yes, and it's completely free. A consultation lets us assess your hair in person, understand your goals, and give you an honest, personalised recommendation. There are no surprises and no pressure. For cuts and styling you're welcome to book straight in.
What happens at a consultation?
We sit down together, look at your hair's current condition, discuss your colour history and talk through your dream result. We'll be honest about what's achievable and give you a clear plan — all before we touch your hair. It's a relaxed, no-obligation chat.
Will colouring damage my hair?
Not in our chairs. We use bond-building treatments and gentle, professional Wella & Kadus products, plus careful technique, so your hair stays strong, shiny and healthy — even through dramatic changes.
